Arianne G. Buniag, DDS, MS

Dr. Arianne Buniag was raised in the island of Guam. She received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of San Francisco where she graduated as valedictorian and summa cum laude. She practice for 5 years as a registered nurse before pursuing her dental education. She was a recipient of the Air Force Health Professions scholarship, which enabled her to pursue her D.D.S. degree from the university of the Pacific and commission as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Following dental school, Dr. Buniag completed a 1-year Advance Education in General Dentistry program at Travis Air Force Base and went on to serve for 4 years as a General Dentist for Beale Air Force Base’s military population. It was during this period when she discovered her love for endodontics. She then pursued a 2-year endodontics residency co-located at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School at Lackland Air Force Base where she received a Certificate in Endodontics. She also received a Master of Science in Oral Biology degree from the Uniformed Services University.
During her residency, Dr. Buniag’s research on Targeted Endodontic Microsurgery was published in the Journal of Endodontics and earned her the Marble Thesis Award for the top research in her postgraduate class. Dr. Buniag is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. She strives to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that is grounded in scientific evidence for her patients. During her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at home or exploring new places with her husband and son.
