For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
In addition, our patients can apply for CareCredit, a no-interest plan. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us by phone or email. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Patients without Dental Insurance
Fees are due in full at the time of service. If treatment involves multiple appointments, payments may be divided equally among your visits. However, all services must be paid in full at the time of completion of treatment.
Patients with Dental Insurance
Our office does accept the assignment of insurance benefits provided coverage has been verified. Patient co-payments are due at the time of service. Insurance Companies do not reimburse co-payments, nor does any insurance company cover 100% of Dental Fees.
Fees are payable by cash, or credit card at the time of service.
